📦 Return & Refund Policy

🛑 Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations before the item is shipped or produced.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.


🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

  • Contact us first at support03@vland-official.com to get the correct return address.

Return shipping:

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Please keep all packaging, labels, and manuals. For damage/defects, provide:

  • Product label

  • Clear photos and videos showing the issue


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (may take time to post).

  3. Contact your bank (processing time varies).
