If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. (Please note: If it is the return caused by the customer reasons, we will not provide transport labels.)

When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged or missing upon received ). Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, ship it to the address our customer service sent you.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
